3. TACTICAL INFORMATION:Chronology:
4 Aug 50 - Conscripted into the NK Army at YUSON RI.
14 Aug 50 - 22 Sep 50 - Arrived at KEIZON village AND WAS ASSIGNED TO THE 27 Brigade, 635 Regt, 2nd Co, 3rd Bn, Took basic training for five (5) days.
22 Sep 50 - 27 Sep 50 - Arrived at PONGILCHON-NI with the 27th Brigade
Unit took defensive positions but these were overrun by UN Forces. 27th Brigade retreated to KEIZON.
11 Oct 50 - 2nd Bn of the 27th Brigade took defensive positions up in the hills near KEIZON. PW and five (5) other men deserted and surrendered to the UN Forces.
