PW was cooperative and appeared sincere. Reliability, good.
3. CHRONOLOGY:12 Jul 50 - Conscripted at SEOUL. Received no military training. Assigned to AT Co, 13th Regt, 6th Div.
22 Sep 50 - Btry numbering approximately 300 troops, retreated to MUNSONG from SEOUL.
O/a 28 Sep 50 - PW’s unit before retreating, buried 2 x 45-mm AT Guns, 2 x 76-mm Howitzers, 3 x 120-mm Mortars; 45-mm and 76-mm Arty pieces were rendered useless by removing the firing pins. Mortars were stripped of sights.
