2 Jul 50 - PW was conscripted at PYONGYANG and sent to Officer Training School for 20 days.
28 Jul 50 - Commissioned a Jr Lt and sent to the Ind Eng Bn (815 Unit) as a Plat Ldr of 2nd Co.
16 Sep 50 - Arrived at CHWIYA Ri.
17 Oct 50 - Unit started retreating north.
19 Oct 50 - Surrendered with 300 others at CHAERYONG.

3 Trucks, 26 sub-machine guns (140 rounds per gun), 360 Rifles (100 rounds per rifle), 200 land mines. Mines thrown away when unit retreated.
