6 Oct 46 - Inducted at NANAM (羅南). Assigned to 2nd Sqd, 2nd Plt, 1st Co, Ind 1st Bn, 2nd Division.
28 Aug 47 - Transferred to 3rd Sqd, 1st Plt, 2nd Co, 1st Bn, 5th Regt, 2nd Div, duty as squad leader (Sgt 中士) at NANAM.
3 Oct 48 - Transferred to 1st Sqd, 3rd Plt, 2nd Co, 1st Bn, 4th Brigade at CHINNAMP’O (鎭南浦)
6 Jul 49 - Reported to 2nd P’YONGYANG OCS.
1 Aug 49 - Class began with 6 companies. Approx 140 men were in each company. One year course.
20 May 50 - One year course was cut to 9 months. Approx 700 men were graduated and commissioned Lt (中尉).
6 Jun 50 - 16 officers reported to NKA GHQ at P’YONGYANG.
8 Jul 50 - PW and one officer reported to 3rd Bn Hq, Arty Regt, 7th Div, duty as Cultural officers at KAESONG (開城).
17 Jul 50 - 7th Div departed for SEOUL.
o/a 15 Sep 50 - Arrived CHINJU (晉州) Area. Arty Regt, 7th Div transferred to Arty Regt, 9th Div.
o/a 20 Sep 50 - 9th Div arrived KUMCH’ON. Div received order to report to TAEJON (大田). 3rd Bn, Arty Regt departed toward TAEJON.
30 Sep 50 - 3rd Bn, Arty Regt arrived CHUP’UNGYONG (秋風嶺) and heard UN Forces were already in TAEJON.
1 Oct 50 - 3rd Bn disbanded. PW and a Pvt started to march to the north.
3 Oct 50 - PW and Pvt were surrounded by ROK troops and captured.

4. GENERAL:2nd P’YONGYANG OCS:
Location:
Approx 8 km SW of P’YONGYANG RR Station in MANGYONGDAE (萬景臺) near the TAEDONG River. There are two large buildings of the same size. The buildings a approx 20 m E - W by 150 m N - S approx 30 m apart. They face west. Both buildings are constructed of cement. One building is two storied and the other is 3 storied.
Type of training at 2nd P’YONGYANG OCS:
Cultural officer candidates only.
Requirement to enter 2nd P’YONGYANG OCS:
1. North Korean
2. Middle School graduate (at present Primary School 6 years)
3. More than one year’s service in NKA
4. Never served as an officer in the Japanese Army.

Graduates are commissioned Lt (中尉). Candidates are not authorized leaves or passes while attending school. No pay while in school.
