Morale and Propaganda:
Morale in the 9th Div was very low due to long marches and shortage of food. PW believes that propaganda leaflets would be very effective because the N. Koreans realize they have lost the war.

4. GENERAL:
PW believes that, there are no divisions N of 38° parallel except the Security force units; divisions cannot be organized dut to a shortage of officers; the USSR and CHINA will not intervene in this war, because if they do, it will mean another World War. However, CHINA may send to KOREA and Korean troops serving in the CCF.
PW had never thought that the UN would send troops to aid the ROK. He believes that the N. Koreans will not cooperate with the UN forces initially because the N Korean propaganda has been effective. However, then they learn that the UN is actually trying to help KOREA they will start to cooperate.

Red Cross Insignia:
There was no Red Cross Insingia used either on hospital buildings or on vehicles.
