PW was in the army for only a short time and his information was limited.
Military History:Inducted 5 July 50 at HAMHUNG. Received no training.

Six soldiers separated from their unit on the night of 17 Aug 50, arrived in a small from village the following day. About 15 1100K Aug 50 ROK troops captured them. One was killed with he tried to escape, one escaped but later seen in the PW Camp at T’AEGU.

Weapons and Personnel:3rd Co - approx 60 men. 4 platoons in a company. 4 suqads in a platoon. Squad approx 11 men.
Squad leaders and others all carried US M1’s or type 38 Jap rifles, 40 rounds each, no grenades. Subject did not know what the officers carried. No LMG or HMG in his company.
PW believed approx 20 men carried no weapons because they did not have enough to go around.
Supplies:PW received only one issued of ammunition, that being at SEOUL on 10 Jul 50.
After 10 Aug 50, no food received from the rear so they foraged food from farm villages. No other information.
Enemy Intentions:Mission was to take PUSAN.
