Movement of Unit:
19th Regt was trained at the First MINSEI (Youth Alliance for Democracy) Training Institute in SINUISU. Following training from 1 April 1950 until 20 June 1950, the Regt went to KUMCHON, N KOREA, then marched to YONCHON. Following a few days of rest at YONCHON, the unit marched southward on 27 June, the next goal being SEOUL. After three days of marching SEOUL was reached, at which point 3 days of rest was received. The southward march was resumed through SUWON, PYONGTAEK, CHINCHON, CHUNGJU, MUNGYON, SANGJU, NAKTONG-NI.
