The Regt loss approx 1,200 men due to artillery shelling when the Regt crossed NAKTONG River. Approx 1,000 men lost due to shelling and air strikes at SUSOKPONG.

Enemy Intentions:Objective of 50th Regt was TAEGU via YONGCH’ON.
