3. TACTICAL INFORMATION:a. PW was inducted on 16 Jul 50 at PYON AN NAN DO. He was stationed there for one (1) month camouflaging the PYON AN NAN DO Airfield. There there about seventy (70) planes but when he left, all of the were destroyed by American air bombardment on 14 Aug 50. Came to KIMPO Airfield with fifty (50) other men and thirty (30) planes. When he arrived in KIMPO Airfield, there were seven (7) planes parked in the field which brought the total to thirty seven (37) planes in KIMPO Airfield. Later, (exact date unknown) thirty six (36) were destroyed and when American troops took over 17 Sep 50, only one (1) plane was left. He did not know how many men were in KIMPO Airfield. The PW heard that a few soldiers (number unknown) were in the KUN SANG Airfield.

Own Unit: Division Commander: Major General WON RYON, 5'6" in height, fat & about 45 yrs old.
Regimental Comdr: Killed in action in July
Battalion Comdr: Retreated north
c. Morale and propaganda:
Morale was fair. PW never heard of nor saw propaganda leaflets.
4. GENERALThe PW saw about one hundred and fifty (150) men who said they were going to Russia for training leave sometime in July. PW believes that they are due back by now.
