3. TACTICAL INFORMATION:a. After he was inducted into the service at CHOLWAN, he received about two (2) weeks training. The 2d Regiment was organized at CHOLWAN on 11/8/50 and came to SEOUL. After arriving at SEOUL, the 18th Division was organized.
b. Unit Organization and Strength:

Squad: six (6) men; Platoon: twenty one (21) men; Company: ninety three (93) men; Battalion: five hundred (500) men; Regiment and Division strength: Unknown
c. Equipment: 45 mm AT guns (amount unknown); Light Machine-guns: nine (9) per company; Rifle: each man had rifle, (type unknown)
d. Unit Duties: Defense of SEOUL
e. Dispositions: 18th Division CP was in SEOUL but exact location was unknown. Since this invasion, 3rd Battalion was sent to INCHON area.
f. Intentions: The PW believed that his remaining was evacuated to SEOUL. No reinforcements appeared.
g. Morale: Morale of his unit was vary low.
4. GENERAL:His unit did not have full strength because 18th Division was an under-strength Division.
