28 Dec 42: Graduated from 5 years Commercial School.
May 43 - May 45: Clerk in coal company in SEOUL, KOREA.
May 45: Inducted into the Japanese Army at P’YONGYANG.
18 Aug 45: Released from the Japanese Army, at P’YONGYANG.
Jun 46: Crossed the 38th parallel. and came to SEOUL.
Dec 46 - Sep 47: Clerk in Medical Magazine Co in SEOUL.
Oct 49: Finished 2 years College in SEOUL.
Dec 49 - Sep 50: Clerk in the coal mine at SAMCH’OK (三涉).
Sep 50: Retreated from SAMCH’OK(三涉), with NKA, 15th Div as a guide.
Oct 50: Released from NKA, 15th Div and SOHWA-NI (瑞和里).
Nov 50: Arrived YANGDOK (陽德), by himself via KUMHWA (金化), P’YONGGANG (平壤), ICH’ON (伊川) and KOKSAN (谷山). PW intended to go to TOKCH’ON (德川).
End of Nov 50: Captured by NKA, 14th Regt at YANGDOK (陽德) and sent back, with many refugees to YANGGU (楊口).
26 Dec 50: Inducted into the NKA and assigned to the 10th Div, Arty Regt, 2nd Bn, Hq Leading Plat.
27 Dec 50: 10th Div departed YANGGU (楊口) on foot, with a strength of approx 3000 and crossed the 38th Parallel.
Jan 51: Advanced to YONGJU (榮州), via P’YONGCH’ANG (平昌) YONGWOL (寧越) and CHECH’ON (提川) KOREA and engaged ROK units.
3 Feb 51: Advanced to the vicinity of P’OHANG (浦項), via ANDONG (安東), CH’ONGSONG(靑松) and engaged ROK units.
9 Feb 51: Deserted in KIGYE-MYON (杞溪面).
10 Feb 51: Surrendered in KIGYE-MYON.

f. Dispositions:
When last observed (9 Feb 51) NKA, 10th Div, Arty Regt, was 10 km N of the KIGYE-MYON (杞溪面) Perimeter, and 25th Inf Regt was 16 km S of KIGYE-MYON.
g. Intentions:
NKA, 10th Div was to operate as a guerrilla unit in the vicinity of CH’ONGSONG(靑松).
h. Morale:
Morale was low in the Arty Regt, because of lack of supplies and long forced marches.
i. Replacements:
No replacements were received after departure from YANGGU (楊口) on 27 Dec 50.
j. Evacuation and Treatment of Wounded:
Regt aid stations were located approx 20 km (sic) behind the lines. Light wounds were treated here, with mercurochrome only, while the seriously wounded were left for evacuation.
k. Supply:
Each man carried 2 days rations and 50 rd of ammo. No ammo was received since departure from YANGGU (楊口), 27 Dec 50. Weapons, ammo, shoes and clothing, of the dead were collected and re-issued.
l. Other Units:
NKA 6th Div situated on right flank of 10th Div, and 11th Div situated on right flank of 6th Div.
m. Weapons Feared Most:
Artillery fire, strafing by jet fighters and napalm.
n. Pay of Personnel:
Nobody received pay since departure of YANGGU(楊口), 27 Dec 50.
o. Medical:
Influenza 80% (Sic)
