PW is straggler since o/a 11 Dec 50. He is suffering from frostbite of hand and exhaustion and is not in good physical condition. PW is uneducated. His knowledge of military matters is limited. He has no tactical information of value to this headquarters. Not recommended for further interrogation.
3. SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
o/a 12 Jul 50: Volunteered into NKA.
o/a 7 Dec 50: Slightly wounded by strafing vicinity KANGGYE.
o/a 11 Dec 50: Released from hospital vicinity KANGGYE.
Reported to local branch of Home Ministry where he was told to return to his home.
o/a 13 Jul 51: Arrived SEOUL. Saw estimated 70 mixed NKA and CCF soldiers, all armed.
19 Jan 51: Arrested by ROK Police and interrogated.
22 Jan 51: Delivered to 25th Infantry Division IPW Team.
