PW could not remember the place names, mountain passages and dates after arriving at KUMHWA, d/u Nov 50.
After the 10th Division regrouped at CHONGBANG MYON (前方面), the entire 27th Regiment left there in Nov 50 and arrived at KAPYONG (CS 6988) after traveling 7 days.
Due to UN resistance in KAPYONG, the 27th Regiment was forced to retreat to the 38th parallel (North of KAPYONG - CS 6988).
27th Regiment remained on the 38th parallel building a defensive position until 20 Dec 50.
20 Dec 50, the entire 10th Division departed from the 38th parallel area and proceeded south.
