PW was cooperative and seemed intelligent. Reliability - Fair.
a. Chronology:
21 Sep 50: Inducted into the NK Army at CHINNAMP’O (鎭南浦) and assigned to the 6th Sqd, 2nd Plat, Recon Co, Repl Bn, 10th Div and received 15 days training.
7 Nov 50: The Repl Bn (about 900 men) arrived HYORYONG (孝令) via WONSAN and SEOUL. At this time, the 10th Div Hq was located at PALSAN-DONG (八山洞).
10 Nov 50: The entire 10th Div assembled at HYORYONG (孝令). PW assigned to 3rd Sqd, 2nd Plat, Recon Co, 10th Div.
30 Nov 50: Retreated to YANGGU (楊口) via SANGJU (尙州), MUNGYONG (聞慶), CHECH’ON (提川), HONGCH’ON (洪川) and CHUNCH’ON (春川).
20 Jan 51: Moved to the vicinity of ANDONG (安東) via HONGCH’ON (洪川), P’YONGCHANG (平昌) and TANYANG (丹陽). After the 10th Div Hq was set up near ANDONG (安東), four men including PW were reconnoitering the area of KA■JIN-DONG (舊鎭洞) when they were captured by the ROK Army Military Police.

e. Disposition:
When last observed (20 Jan 51), 10th Div Hq and 25th Regt were located at CHILISIL (地里實), while the 27th and 29th Regiments were located about 8km north.
f. Intentions:
To infiltrate and attack the ROK Army from the rear.
g. Supply:
Each man carried three days’ ration and fifty rounds. Men with submachine guns had 140 rounds. PW believes that the ammo depot was located at the II Corps Hq which was 40km north of YANGGU (楊口) 30 Nov 50.
