a. Chronology:
121700 Feb 51 PW was wounded when delivering a message to HMG Sqd of the HMG Co from 3rd Rifle Co. Message: HMG Sqd must hold at all cost. Also delivered a message to Plat of 3rd Inf Co, 1st Bn, 335th Regt 11 Feb 51. Message: Individual soldiers will not leave their foxholes due to heavy air and arty fire. PW unit received the heaviest air and arty fire 12 Feb 51. PW unit received the heaviest air and arty fire 12 Feb 51. PW observed 6 KIA, 10 WIA in 3rd Co.
1st Bn of 335th Regt was located approx 4 km N of place of capture (12 Feb 51). Heard 334th Regt was in reserve and 336th Regt located generally NE from their location.

Arty Btry: Observed 3 mountain guns in Btry when crossing YALU River. Did not observe them after crossing 38th parallel.
1st Bn: Observed 2 mortars (cal unk) at Bn Hq o/a 9 Feb 51.

2nd div (Sic): 334th, 335th, and 336th Regt.
335th Regt: 3 Rifle Bn, 2 Arty Batteries.
1st Bn: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Rifle Co, HMG Co, Signal Sqd (7 men).
e. Reinforcements:
No knowledge of immediate replacements. PW heard that they wound receive reinforcements o/a 13 Feb 51.
f. Morale:
There are many who have no desire to fight, the officers encourage the men with propaganda.
g. Broadcast:
Heard loudspeaker broadcast but not distinctly.
