Interrogation of PW of 7th Div, Reconnaissance Co, 2nd Plat, 2nd Sqd, captured at TOGYONG-NI (BU7231) 1200 hrs 17 Nov 50.
PW revealed the general route 7th Div took from NAKTONG River Area, South Korea to North Korea as follows:

From all indication from this report the 7th Div was able to withdraw successfully to the north by infiltration. They mostly traveled during hours of darkness and they concealed themselves and slept during the day.
In order to obtain food supply for unit, they used method of sending small details out to village and confiscated food.
