1. PERSONAL DETAILS:

2. Special EEI:
a. There were no Communist (Chinese or USSR) Forces located in Korea south of the 38° Parallel. PW knew of no N. Korean units which were not used for combat south of 38° Parallel. Only security units were located in the occupied area.
b. PW believes that CHINA will not send any troops to S. Korea because the Civil War is still going on in CHINA. However, PW said that the Chinese might conscript the Koreans who are living in MANCHURIA and send them over to KOREA.
When PW left MANCHURIA in Apr 50, there were about 1,000,000 Koreans (including women and children) in MANCHURIA. Most of these Koreans are living in eastern part of MANCHURIA.
c. Since there are no planes and ships in N. Korea, they cannot be utilized south of the 38° Parallel.
d. PW believes that the USSR is not prepared to fight against the UN Forces so she will not intervene in this war.
e. PW believes that the indigenous personnel (S. Koreans) will cooperate with the winning side.
PW believes that the N. Korean people will support the N. Korean troops.
