b. Strength:
12th Div made up of 30th Regt (1st Regt), 31st Regt (2nd Regt) and 32nd Regt (3rd Regt) and PW believes that 12th Div is concentrating in SHINDAE-RI area but does not believe that they will put up any resistance there because of poor terrain.

c. Intention:
Believes that NKA will conduct delaying action until the preparation of 4th phase attack is completed.
Heard from his Co CO, Sr Lt, Im Sun Kil (39) o/a 1 Feb 51 that 4th phase attack will commence 10 Feb 51 with the support of planes, tanks and artillery.
Believes that 1st Bn of his Regt was annihilated since they were enveloped by 8th ROK Div.

d. Other Units:
Never observed any CCF troops.

e. Supply:
Claims that there is no food supply excepting the food obtained from villages. Ammo supply is what Regt has on hand and believes that their supply line is cut by air raid.

O/a 25 Jan 51 heard from supply officer that his Regt CP was in a house at SADONG, located between HOENGSONG and HONGCHON.
All soldiers wore winter uniforms.
Received two meals a day which were obtained from villages.

f. Medical:
His unit had no epidemic cases, but the troops were told from a medical doctor to be careful of contagious diseases.

g. Morale:
Morale is very low because of the fact that supply line is cut and nothing is received from the rear.
