PW was in good physical condition and of average intelligence. PW uncooperative, reluctant to answer questions. Information considered doubtful.
a. Chronology:
PW served with CNA for approx 1 month until capture by CCF at UDOUKOU Nov 49. 38th Army crossed YALU River on or about 22 Oct 50. Route taken: MANP’OJIN, P’YONGYANG, SEOUL o/a 6 Jan 51, SANSONG-NI (CS 397487) o/a 22 Jan 51, arriving present location o/a 1 Feb 51. His Co was 800 meters north of CS 635405. 1st Bn 1.5 to 2 km north of 1st Co, and 2nd Bn Hq 2.9 km to the east of 1st Bn and 3rd Bn 2.8 km northwest of 1st Bn. 334th Regt was east of 335th Regt. Heard that 336th Regt retreated to YANGCHON. While hauling rice to his Bn, PW observed 338th, 339th Regt of 113th Div and 340th Regt of 114th Div along the mountain 4 km south of SANSONG-NI (CS 397487) o/a 1 Feb 51. PW believes SANSONG-NI is location of 38th Army Hq. PW heard that 112th Div will be relieved by unk NK Div.

Food was confiscated from Koreans and was in insufficient quantity.
f. Leaflet:
Saw leaflet 5 Feb 51. Deserted after reading leaflet. Morale of troops low since majority never wanted to fight. Troops would be shot if seen reading or discussing leaflets.
g. Weapon Most Feared by CCF: Napalm

AT KUJANG 3 Nov 50 PW heard that 7 ROK PW would be sent to ANTUNG.
