1. PERSONAL DETAILS:

2. ASSESSMENT:
Subject was very cooperative and talked freely during the interrogation. The information herein seems reliable.
Subject stated he was the asst to the chief of the ration section of the 105th Tank Div located in KUMCHON (金泉). He was attending a meeting on ration breakdown at SUWON (水原) at time of capture. He did not try to leave SUWON because the NK forces are short of supplies due to supply routes being cut off, and he felt they could not continue much longer.

3. MILITARY HISTORY:
Inducted 30 Dec 47 at P'YONGYANG (平壤). Transferred to Supply Section of the 105th Tank Div Hq at the time of organization.
105th Tank Div was organized on 25 Mar 50 at P'YONGYANG and left P'YONGYANG on 28 May 50 for KUMCHON. Arrived KUMCHON (金泉) on 8 Sep 50 by truck.

Disposition of Above Unit:
As of 13 Sep 50, the headquarters of 105th Tank Div, the headquarters of 208th Tank Regt, and the headquarters of 308th Tank Regt were located at a point 300m up a dry stream bed, 12 to 13 meters wide, located approx 4 km W of KUMCHON (金泉). The headquarters of 276th Inf Div was located approx 4 km in front of above headquarters. However, this headquarters was not a part of the 105th Tank Div.

6. FOOD AND AMMUNITION SUPPLIES:
Until two weeks ago approx 5 - 30 ton freight cars loaded with food and ammunition were brought into KUMCHON RR Station once a week. The freight cars were brought in only at night due to UN air superiority.
At the time of his departure, 13 Sep 50, for SUWON there were only enough rations for two days in 105th Tank Div, however, he was told by his senior officer that there were three major ration and ammo supply dumps (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Supply Dumps) located in KUMCHON area. Subject believes that each dump contained rations and ammunition to supply there divisions.
At the SUWON meeting he was told that he was to draw enough rations for his entire division for two days from 3rd Supply Dump which he believes was located in the RR tunnel approx 8 to 9 miles (20 km) NW of KUMCHON.
Subject also observed a RR tunnel being used as a vehicle and tank repair shop located S of TAEJON (大田).

7. ENEMY INTENTIONS:
Subject stated that the headquarters of the 108th Tank Regt left KUMCHON on or about the 12th of Sep 50 for INCHON (reason unk), and said regt was observed at CHOCH'IWON (鳥致院) on or about the 18th of Sep 50 moving north. At that time subject observed approx 10 M/tanks.
