PW was cooperative and answered immediately when questioned. His memory appeared to be fairly good. He had fairly good judgement of distance and direction and was sincere. Reliability - Good.

When PW departed for KOREA, his unit was at HANKOU (漢口) CHINA.
REORGANIZATION OF CCF UNITS IN CHINA
On 1 March 50, all Korean soldiers were gathered at CHENCHOU (鄭州) CHINA to organize the Northeastern People’s Liberation Army, 4th Field Army, Independent 15th Division (東北人民 解放 第四戰軍 獨立 十五 師団) and on 1 April 50 departed for WONSAN (元山) KOREA.
