d. Unit Mission:
During NCO meeting held 8 Feb 51 Company commander said mission was to cut off supply and communications of UN forward elements with their rear near SUWON, then to make contact with their Div. expected to attack with 4 NK Corps.
e. Location of Adjacent Units:
Saw CCF and NK personnel of I Corps (other than 8th Div personnel) walking in SEOUL 12 Feb 51. Met a friend who is in 3d Regt Engr Co at WANGSHIM NI vicinity CS 265589.
f. Weapons:
5 Feb 51 - Heard from NK soldiers riding trucks pulling 4x45mm cannon that they were going to 3d Regt, 8th NK Div; heard that 3d Regt has 85mm field guns, 120mm guns 3 Feb 51. Saw 3 T-34/85 medium tanks heading N, vicinity CS 204585, 2000 hr 12 Feb 51.
g. HAN River crossing:
(1) Crossed the HAN River at 2400 12 Feb 51 at CS 277554.
(2) No bridging equipment used.
h. Supply:
Received 6 days ration 11 Feb 51.
