There were 3 (1 US, 2 Russ) trucks in the 2d Regt for hauling supplies & wounded to Div CP. 5 Mar 51, the 4th Co, 2d Bn, 2d Regt received 3-4 grenades per man. These grenades were transported by truck from Regt CP.
Truck movement only at night.
No CCF unit & arty obs.

f. Morale:
Low, due to lack of food and intense UN air arty bombardment. Observed safe conduct pass being dropped from UN transports but all personnel were prohibited to read the leaflets. Those found possessing safe conduct passes were subject to severe punishment.

g. Additional Info:
5 Mar 51, 6 km NW of UNGYO-RI heard from Plat Ldr that unk number of CCF were being assembled in the vic of PYONGCHANG (DS 4635).
