i. Medical
PW noted no disease in the 8th Division’s 2nd Regt, although he knows of none of the personnel having been immunized.
The few frost bite cases received no medical treatment and were not taken off of the line. It was the policy of the 8th Div to keep men on the line until they could no longer walk. Men who could no longer walk were abandoned regardless of their illness.

j. Psychological Warfare:
PW saw leaflets dropped over an unidentified village approx 9 km north of ANYANG-NI 8 Feb 51.
The UN leaflets promised medical aid to NKA soldiers who surrender.
PW claims that the UN leaflets produced no reaction in his mind other than curiosity.

k. CCF:
PW observed an estimated 1,000 CCF infantrymen marching into SEOUL from the northern outskirts of the city during the latter part of Jan 51.
