3. TACTICAL INFORMATION:
Chronology:
Oct 48 - Commissioned Lt and assigned to supply section, Central Management School rear supply section, at YONGSONG RI.
Jul 49 - Arrived at SARIWON, and placed in charge of #107 Whse, Internal Rear Transp Section. Rice for various units in SARIWON was stored here.
14 Oct 50 - PW was ordered to PYONGYANG, walked to HWANGJU and was captured by HWANGJU Security police.

There were approx l1 food supply Whses, they were numbered from 105 to l15, located in various towns. The Whses were controlled by the Internal Rear Ministry which came under the Internal Ministry. The Internal Rear Transp Section was attached to the Internal Rear Ministry. The Internal Rear Transp Section was attached to the Internal Rear Ministry. The food Whses were located as follows:
Food Whse :
105 - PYONGYANG110 - KANGGTE
106 - CHINNAMPO111 - WONSAN
107 - SARIWON112 - CHORWON
108 - CHONGJU113 - KANSONG
109 - HAEJU114 - HAMHUNG
 115 - CHONGIN
One Lt, and three Jr Lts were in charge of the 107 Whse.

Unit History:
The Whse system was organized in Jul 49.

Knowledge of other Units:
Units which came to draw food supplies were from SINCHON Troop Training point. Two of these units were located in SINCHON and the 3rd Brig was at CHUKCHUN-NI (竹田里).

4. GENERAL:
Central Management School at YONGSONG RI. Location approx 500m E of YONGSONG RI RR Station.
Buildings: Approx five brick and two wooden buildings, wooden roofs, gabled type.
The school was established about Jan 48.
Subjects taught at this school were history of Soviet Communism, history of Korea, mathematics, various types of military training and other subjects. PM heard that approx 20 subjects were taught. PW estimated that approx 700 to 900 students attended the school. One cycle was six months and upon graduation the students received a commission according to their ability, usually Lt or Capt. Upon graduation, they were assigned to units.
There were approx 20 instructors, all officers.
