Propaganda:
Effectiveness of NK propaganda toward NK people - In NK when Communist or culture offices posted signs in the city most of them were destroyed, especially in HAEJU (海州). There were many who did not agree with NK Government. OveII 7.5% of the people in PYONG SANGUN (平山郡), HWANG, HAE-DO (黃海道) were against the NK government.
In NK about 70% of the the Peple are against the NK Government because it is conducting an unnecessary war against SK and the United Nations. The Government had been fooled by the Russians and would be controlled by Russia even if the war had been won. NK’s rice production is low. People wondered why the NK Government had to send rice to Russia in exchange for arms and ammunition.
