2. ASSESSMENT:
PW only served in the NKPA for ten days, consequently the report lack information. Not recommended for further interrogation.

3. TACTICAL INFORMATION:
Chronology:
20 Sep 50 - Conscripted into the NKPA at HADONG (河東) with 120 S. Koreans.
23 Sep 50 - The recruits including the PW were led by a civilian official of HADONG to TOKSAN (德山). 30 recruits including PW out of 120 were assigned to the Hq Co, 34th Brigade. The remaining recruits were separated and assigned to units in the TOKSAN Area. For three days, the assigned recruits including PW engaged in distributing rice (old rice) was brought in at night to Hq Co from an unknown place by about 50 local laborers.
25 Sep 50 - About 15 conscripts, including PW, received orders from the Hq Co CO to go to HADONG to haul more rice to TOKSAN using local laborers.
1800 25 Sep 50 - The conscripts were led by a Sgt (中士) and arrived at HADONG.
26 Sep 50 - Received orders from Hq Co to assemble at NAMWON (南原) arriving 25 Sep 50.
27 Sep 50 - PW and three other conscripts voluntarily gave themselves up at KURYE when US and ROK troops moved in.
