Roads are fair and PR tracks and bridges are constantly being repaired.

Morale and Propaganda:
PW saw and brought a “Safe Conduct Pass”. PW’s friends all carried a “Safe Conduct Pass” just waiting for a chance to desert. The most feared weapon is the fighter aircraft. PW claims that the young men of North Korea above the 38° parallel thought that KIM Il Song (金日城) was leading the N. Koreans on the right path. Now after seeing KIM Il Song’s complete disregard for life and property, the sentiment has turned against him. Majority of the NKPA troops realize what lies they were told and what a traitor KIM Il Song is to the Korean people as a whole.
