1. PERSONAL DETAILS:
PW NAME: KIM, Song Duk (金星德)

2. ASSESSMENT:
PW's intention when the island invaded was to surrender. PW was healthy and had on a blue navy blouse and brown trousers.
PW was cooperative during interrogation.

3. REMARKS:
PW was inducted on 19 August 1950 and was dispatched most of the time to repair communication lines between INCHON and SEOUL. The main office of Communication District is located in the MINAKAI Building in SEOUL. No further information on Communication District. PW was out in the fields at all times. Just prior to his capture PW was sent to WOLMI DO to lay a new communication line from the island to the 226th Regiment of the 1st Battalion located in INCHON near the cause-way. PW came to WOLMI DO few days prior to his capture.
PW did not know of any other unit besides the 226th Regiment at WOLMI DO.
