1. PERSONAL DETAILS:

2. ASSESSMENT:
Subject seemed intelligent. He was cooperative and talked freely. Reliability fair.

3. REMARKS:
Subject was forcefully inducted into 2nd Div, 6th Regt, 4th Battalion, Heavy Machine Gun Co, 1st Platoon, 1st Sqd at LANAN (羅南) on 1 Nov 48. Received basic training here. Stationed here as Pvt until Aug 49 and then was sent to officer school in PYONGYANG (平壤) for two months.
Approx 200 students were there. Oct 49 subject graduated from school and was appointed 2nd Lt. Assigned to “KANG WON DO TONG CHON” high school as training officer from Oct 49 to 25 Jun 50. 3 Jul 50 transferred to 70th Regt, 3rd Bn, attached Anti-Tank Platoon. 70th Inf Regt was stationed in SINUIJU (新義州) when subject was transferred to this unit in Jul 50.
On 2 Sep 50, 70th Regt left here for INCHON, however on the way to INCHON 70th Regt stayed approx 4 km N of SUWON for 10 days. Regt left here for the purpose of defending INCHON, on 18 Sep 50.
Approx 12 km W of INCHON this regt was engaged with American units and 70th Regt retreated to SUWON.
70th Regt was composed of 3 Bns, each Bn was composed of 3 infantry companies and 1 heavy machine gun company.
Strength of 3rd Bn was 600 men.
Subject observed 8 mortars, 12 heavy machine guns, 15 light machine guns, 10 automatic guns (US made) in 3rd Bn.
