Capability of the Unit:
Fifty per cent of the personnel of the 3rd Division had two or more years of training. Twenty-five per cent had less than a year and twenty-five per cent had less than sis months. The morale of the troops dropped considerable since the time fo the first heavy UNITED STATES aircraft attack in the vicinity of the NAKTONG River.

2. Underwear was made at PYONGYANG.
3. Leather shoes and rubber shoes were manufactured in North KOREA. (location and name of factory unknown). Helmets, shovels and other metal equipment was of Russian make.

Opinions:
1. The prisoner believed the Soviet Heavy Machine Gun was a wonderful weapon because of its accuracy and dependability.
2. The main reason RUSSIA is not helping N KOREA is that RUSSIA is keeping her promise at the MOSCOW and PYONGYANG Conferences held in 1947, pertaining to the five year Trusteeship program for KOREA.
